1、根据部门的发展规划制定工艺开发方向，开发新工艺、新技术并完成验证导入；
2、建立制造技术平台、具备前端开发能力和机理分析能力，进行专利布局；
3、根据产品要求完成产品工艺需求分析，工艺设备方案设计，工艺优化验证，转量产风险识别验证，量产工艺优化验证等工作；
4、制定工艺路线并进行量产验证、制定工艺文件体系相关的文件如PFMEA/工艺流程图/CP等；
5、协助制订团队建设方案、计划，考核团建活动落实情况和效果；构建合理人才梯队，能力能够匹配项目需求；提升团队氛围，打造高凝聚力团队。
任职资格：
1、五年以上工艺开发工作经验、有国内外锂电大企业等工作经历者优先；
2、精通电芯工艺开发、有动力软包电池工艺开发经验者优先；
3、有丰富的工艺开发和优化改善经验，带领团队开展新工艺开发、新产品工艺优化；
4、具备工程方法应用和分析能力，能熟练运用DOE、6-sigma工程方法进行实验设计和数据统计分析的优先；
5、熟悉全球T1主机厂客户CSR; 熟悉风险识别的常用方法/工具。

1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 2. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines regarding quality and QMS. 3. Conduct periodic QMS audits at all locations to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. 5. Review and approve QMS-related documents, including quality manuals, protocols, reports, and validations. 6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide support for the implementation of quality improvement projects. 7. Maintain and analyze Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Develop and deliver training programs related to the QMS to ensure awareness and understanding across the organization. 9. Lead and/or participate in investigations of non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions. 10.
