Responsibilities

Manpower Planning Budgeting 人力规划和预算
Ensures that human resource is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies
根据公司的业务战略,确保公司有充足且高效的人力资源配置
Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control
负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控
Organizational Development组织发展
Advises the company Management Team about the company and HR issues in order to promote and develop a motivated team
向公司管理层建议公司和人力资源问题以此来提升和发展激励性团队
Develops and maintains effective succession plans to ensure company’s operation and growth are supported by adequate talents
通过发展和维护有效的接替者计划,确保为公司的业务运作和发展提供充足的人才
Employee Communication员工沟通
Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company’s business objectives, in order to sustain company’s culture and enhance employees’ engagement
结合公司的业务目标,定义,推荐和执行员工沟通的战略,规划,政策和准则,来维护公司文化,提高员工参与度
Creates, sustains and develops a partnership with Unions and Workforce
和工会保持良好、稳定的伙伴关系

Implements and improves company’s Compensation Benefits policies and procedures, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness

Recruitment招聘
Develops hiring plan based on Johnson Controls’ Standard Staffing Model and Profit Plan, implements and improves recruitment policies and procedures, supports key positions’ hiring and each year’s campus recruitment campaign, in order to ensure a proper manning and overall recruitment effectiveness
根据江森自控标准的标准人员配置模式和利润计划来制定招聘计划,执行和提高招聘流程和政策,支持关键职位招聘和年度校园招聘活动,确保合理的人员配置和招聘效率
Training Development培训与发展
Analyzes, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.
分析,定义,提高,执行及控制公司培训发展政策,采用适合公司需求的政策
Develops, improves and implements various people development tools to motivate employees by defining their development and career path
发展,提高和执行员工发展工具, 通过制定员工发展和职业计划来激励员工
Legal Compliance合规
Advises, analyzes, coordinates prevailing legislation and defines policy, in order to ensure image, vitality and continuity of the company
分析当前的法律,法规并制定公司的政策,确保公司的良好企业形象和活力
HRIS/Reporting人力资源系统/报告
Monitors the standard HR indicators as defined by Johnson Controls
监控由江森自控定义标准的人力资源指标
Maintains all personnel files and records, updates HR IT system and all headcount reports
维护所有的员工档案和记录,更新人力资源系统和所有人员报告
People Development员工发展
Supports HR Staff development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented

Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves HR competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

Competency Requirements
能力要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in administration or related fields preferred 本科以上学历,管理学相关专业优先
5 years relative work experience at least, with 2 year in management role; manufacturing industry experience preferred 5年以上人力资源3个模块以上工作经验,2年管理经验,在汽车行业、制造型行业优先
Familia with Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and other HR related laws and regulations 熟练掌握劳动法、劳动合同法等人事相关法律规定
Familia with Office software and Office automatic equipment 熟悉办公软件和办公自动化设备
Strong interpersonal and communication skills 优秀的沟通技巧
