具体岗位描述：

岗位设置目的Purpose of Position:
根据市场要求，设计新产品 According to market requirements, design the new products
改进现有产品，降低成本或改善性能 improve existing products to reduce the cost or improve the performance
根据客户要求，做匹配分析及设计 package study and design change according to customer request
配合团队完成VAVE计划 co-work with the team for VAVE
配合质量部解决质量问题co-work with the quality department for the quality issue



岗位职责Responsibilities:
负责新产品的设计或原产品的设计变更。 Responsible for the new products design and the design change.
建立或更新所负责产品的3D
跟踪实验并根据实验结果完善设计； Monitor the **** and improve the design;
参与新产品设计方案的制定与评审工作。 Participate in the development and evaluation for the new production design program
根据现有的产品，对相关部门提供技术支持； engineering support for the related role or department
跟客户提供技术支持及解决方案； Continual support for the customer to get the solution
结合benchmark等相关工作，提升设计能力； based on the work for the benchmark, improve the design ability
工作均要遵守ISO14000、IATF16949的相关要求； The work should comply with the requirements of ISO14000 and IATF16949.
完成上级主管布置的其他工作。Complete other jobs which are arranged by the Supervisor.

岗位任职要求Requirements for the Position:
教育背景：机械/电气相关专业，本科以上或同等学历 Education Background: mechanical / electrical-related professional, college-level or higher or equivalent
工作经验：三年以上汽车行业制造管理经验。Work experience: more than three years management manufacturing experience in the automotive industry
知识/技能：熟练操作UG/CATIA，计算机熟练，熟悉GD&T, PPAP, 注塑模具，冲压模具，装配工艺，有问题解决能力。Knowledge / Skills: familiar with UG/CATIA, Computer proficiency, familiar with GD & T, AutoCAD, PPAP, injection molds, stamping dies, assembly processes, problem-solving ability.
英语听说读写流利。 High English level
具有一定的组织协调能力。Has a certain ability to organize and coordinate
