Job requirement:1)Bachelor's degree+ 2)At least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, customer services or equivalent in supervisor or above level associated with the automotive industry. 3)Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. 4)Willing to succeed in high working pressure.5)Creative, strongly result-oriented and highly-motivated self starter with good team work spirit.6)Knowledge of the concept of a company "brand" and "brand strategy"7)Possesses a broad business perspective: knows the market, industry and the organization.Responsibility:1) Is responsible for managing specific Tier 1 and OEM's programs and internal project coordination and follow up of each relevant program.2) Maintain high level of interaction with customers and ensure high levels of professionalism are kept at all times.3) Responsible for reporting regularly of status and updates on forecasts, progress against sales plans, etc. 4) Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and Managering.5) Based on customer needs / wants and competitive pressures, makes recommendations as to course of action (strategy) to meet CIE and customer expectations.6) Acts as a point of contact for commercial warranty issues, quality issues, and customer complaints.7) Present trends in the market as it applies to client involvement in niche areas, sales development necessities and local/direct issues to the corporation, in profiling the regions needs.8) Manages marketing and promotion projects as assigned, including strategic market analyses, marketing research and marketing plan9) Develop marketing plan to penetrate existing and new market segments and channels.10)Responsible for all aspects of Marketing for assigned market(s), 11) New product development, including gathering inputs to define product requirements, competitive analyses to evaluate competitive positioning of proposed products, financial justification for the development, ensuring alignment of proposed products to corporate strategy, etc.12) Responsible for success of products developed to ensure that they meet or exceed return on investment commitments. This includes product promotion and development of marketing collateral, training materials to ensure proper support of products, and maintaining a thorough understand of competitive developments that affect the success of developed products. 13) Conduct marketing analysis, monitor and report regularly on market and competition, assess brand penetration and competitive positioning 14) Embrace and promote the company's brand reputation and core values of high product and service quality, both internally and externally 15) Initiates and manages the process to plan, develop and deploy Local communication strategies that deliver on awareness and sales-building objectivesWork out sale forecast, sale out and marketing roadmap
