招聘对象： 社会人才
1、在运行经理、副经理的领导下工作，确保本值人员操作安全，完成部门安全生产目标，对部门安全目标的实现承担管理责任；
2、对生产过程中的重大操作，督促本值人员严格执行部门制定的预防措施，并在操作过程中进行监督与检查；
3、定期组织本值人员进行安全学习；在部门的安排下组织本值人员进行应急预案演练；
4、参与或协助事故调查，坚持“四不放过”原则，对事故报告的准确性负责。
5、接受并执行电网调度员的命令，选择合理的启停方式，组织好本值人员工作，审批电气及热力系统操作票，保证机组启停的安全性、经济性；
6、组织好各岗位对其所属设备运行参数的监视、记录、分析和调整，使机组设备在最佳工况点运行；
7、机组运行工况发生改变时，及时调整，并联系其他岗位做好相应调整，确保机组的安全、稳定运行，争取提高经济性；
8、负责落实运行部下达的月度生产计划任务，并做好当值期间机组经济调度工作；
9、组织本值人员分析能耗与经济指标的偏差，制定机组的运行方式，对生产过程的参数调节与设备切换进行监督与考核，确保运行可靠稳定，效率最大；督促本值人员认真执行设备定期轮换与切换项目；
10、执行缺陷管理制度，督促本值人员对设备的巡视，及时发现设备缺陷，发现设备重大缺陷而本值人员无法消除时，及时通知检修人员处理； 11、负责组织并监督本值人员认真执行两票三制，负责本值人员的操作管理，提高事故处理能力，确保操作安全，对本值人员操作任务完成、两票三制的有效执行承担管理责任； 12、定期组织本值人员进行技术讲课、抽查考问、技术答疑等并进行考核上报，调动员工学习积极性；组织开展技术问答、考问讲解、事故预想，反事故演习；
13、督促全值人员严格遵守有关规章制度，对违纪人员按有关规定进行考核；
14、及时完成领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，从事热电厂机、电、热、炉、热工及化水相关专业；
2.有300MW机组以上运行经验，电厂集控运行工作8年及以上，大型机组值长岗位工作2年及以上；
3.具备良好的领导组织能力，沟通协调能力，具有良好的敬业精神；
4.英语精通，能适应长期海外出差工作。
