招聘对象: 社会人才
1) 整理和汉译英笔译人才寻访报告,收集人才信息,逐渐熟悉猎头服务工作;
2) 协助咨询顾问进行人才推荐报告的整理、翻译;
3) 根据客户提供的职位, 通过各种方法寻找适合该职位的候选人;
4) 与潜在候选人沟通,分析其与客户职位的匹配度,并对候选人进行基本筛选;
5) 对基本符合条件的候选人进行电话面试甄选,并推荐给顾问。
职位要求:
1) 机械、电气自动化、材料工科背景本科以上学历,大学英语4级以上。
2) 能够熟练地操作计算机,常用办公软件如word、excel等;
3) 性格温和,愿意做仔细的书面工作,做事条理清晰,对人热情;
4) 对重工业工艺技术、机械电气有兴趣,能承受一定的工作压力,处事主动。5)有外资企业的招聘经验优先考虑。
薪资待遇:底薪(任务)+提成+保险公积金+奖金
