二、协助营销人员进行订单制作、跟单、样品寄送，并跟进，为营销部提供帮助。
三、受理客户的投诉电话，做好相关记录，及时联系相关业务人员处理。
四、开发潜在客户，定期对老客户进行电话回访，主动和客户增进了解，介绍公司的企业文化，让客户更加信赖公司的产品。
五、每月总结整理客户的投诉资料，分析出客户最不满意的情况并总结出来，为公司后期改进和制定方案作参考。
六、协助营销员回收货款，并及时提醒营销员相关货款的回收情况。
七、及时提出合理化建议，针对在外出差的营销员，每天电话跟踪一次，咨询是否有需要提供帮助。
八、配合公司其它部门积极开展工作，如：配合仓库的开单发货工作。
九、做好每次部门会议的工作安排，为部门提供方便。
十、组织搜集相关能促进营销员成长的资料，分发到个人阅览，让营销人员圆满。
十一、定期进行客户满意度调查，并对调查结果进行分析改进。
