- Responsible for the developing and locating the qualified supply in China of capital equipment & components for intrenal sue, other assigned materials, and services upon Lincoln oversea inquiry
- Interface closely with manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Finance to identify parts that are candidates for best sourcing
- In conjunction with commodity strategies, identify, evaluate and develop qualified suppliers
- Achieve the performance objectives of Business Plans
- Ensure that quality, delivery, and total cost objectives are met
- Support Lincoln oversea project teams related to parts out of China
- Supervise the supply’s delivery & replenishment plan to meet the production demand
- Perform quality audit upon ISO9000
- Solve the quality & delivery issues with supply on-site if occurred & required
- Report key measurements and take corrective actions when necessary
任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing/Engineering or engineering or SQE background
- >5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- good knowledge of western communication style & office software
- Experience in dealing with suppliers & Excellent negotiation skills (understand cost drivers)
- proficiency at English ( both written and speaking)
- proven knowledge of supply developing & project handling & problem solving & logistic chain
- Good knowledge of ISO9000 and reliable sense of quality control
- Must have good judgment and be self-motivated
- Must be able to interface effectively with internal stakeholders, outside fabricators, and consultants
- good team work capability and negotiation skill
- long commitment with reliable loyalty or integrity preferred
- Must maintain and represent Lincoln Electric with uncompromised Business Ethics

1、 负责制定供应商年度审核计划，根据年度审核计划对供应商稽核与辅导；2、 组织对供应商进行质量业绩评估，对供应商来料质量与配合度进行评价，对未完成质量目标的供应商要求改进措施，确保后续来料质量状况；3、 参与对潜在供应商的评估，与采购部共同寻求合格供应商；4、 负责对供应商来料不良的判断，组织分析采购件缺陷原因，协调各部门进行供应商质量问题的处理，推进供应商系统性的质量改进并制定和跟进纠正、预防措施；5、 协助处理因原材料所造成的不良品，针对于失效现象发出不良发生联络书，并确认供应商做出改善和预防措施的有效性預防措施的有效性6、 负责对不良率较高，且持续出现的问题应召集供应商來现场取样、分析、并制定有效对策 ，有必要时可以对供应商进行追加性监查。7、 组织供应商新产品前期策划能力评审和批量生产过程能力审核；8、 组织采购产品首件首批的认可，指导供应商运用质量工具解决质量问题，提高质量水平；9、 负责根据客户需求，与供应商制定质量协议，确保来料质量符合要求。10、 组织对供应商的退货或索赔；11、 负责总结供应商质量信息，形成供应商月度质量报告；12、 负责对供应商进行辅导，保障来料品质的不断提高；任职资格：具有TS******内审员证。 [详情]
